1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products are eligible for return if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
- To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).
2. Time Frame for Returns
- You must request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
3. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order details and reason for return.
- Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product, unless the product was damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
4. Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
- Refunds will be processed through Cash on Delivery refund method (given our COD-only policy). The refund will be provided as either:
- Cash refund upon pickup/delivery adjustment
- Refunds may take up to 7–10 business days after the returned item is received.
5. Exchanges
- If you prefer, you may exchange the returned product for another item of equal or higher value. If the replacement item is higher in price, the difference will need to be paid on delivery.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used, damaged due to misuse, or altered after delivery cannot be returned.
- Clearance or sale items are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
